INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS OF ULTIME DOMINIK WINCZURA.

In compliance with the obligation under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), referred to as GDPR, we inform you that:

  • The legal basis for processing your personal data is the provisions of the General Data Protection Act of 27 April 2016. (GPRD).
  • Your personal data will be processed for:
    • Performance of the contract – Article 6(1)(b) GPRD,
    • Fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller – Article 6(1)(c) GPRD,
    • the legitimate interests of the controller – Article 6(1)(f) GPRD.
  • The recipients of your personal information are:
    • authorised employees of ULTIME Dominik Winczura,
    • entities authorised by law,
    • entities involved in the execution of the contract.
  • In accordance with the provisions of the GPRD, you have the right to request from the data controller access to the content of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability and to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its revocation.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
  • Your personal data will be processed until the end of the cooperation and thereafter for the duration of any claims that may be asserted between the parties on the basis of the contract or applicable law.
  • Your personal data will not be processed through automated decision making, including profiling.
  • The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to enter into a contract.
