Flow-Pack and Flow-Vac Films

We offer various types of films for packaging in flow pack machines, both horizontal and vertical. Our films meet the specific requirements for use in such machines, the need to achieve a fast and strong seal (HOT TACK) in a short time. This is achieved by adding metallocene to polyethylene with the appropriate parameters.

In addition, as the package is filled with a modified atmosphere gas (MAP) after vacuum is achieved, the seal must be able to withstand the increased pressure exerted on the film. The packaging speeds we can offer are 12 to 18 cycles per minute.
